Exploiting the Opportunities Presented by the Right of Redemption

This presentation will discuss the opportunities available to real estate investors by understanding and using your states right of redemption. This topic is not applicable in all states.

The right of redemption exists in most states in one form or another. This powerful right allows homeowners, and in some states such a Florida a junior mortgagee, to redeem (or payoff) a final judgment sometimes even after an investor has shown an interest in the property and deposited money to further secure that interest.

For those that follow me regularly, you can understand my excitement at this investment opportunity. For those of you that don’t, be prepared to be educated and trained where you thought none existed.

This topic is for advanced real estate investors; preferably those with some foreclosure sale knowledge and/or experience. I promise that you won’t be disappointed.
